What are the warranty terms?

Our goods come with a 1 year warranty that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

A sales receipt will be sent directly to your niminated email account after purchase. Should you not receive this receipt in a timely manner please contact support using the form on this page.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We will always endeavour to restock items as quickly as possible, however due to shipping issues and manufacturing uncertainties we may not always be able to provide a estimated time of arrival for products.

Where can I ship my order?

Products are only able to be shipped within Australia, excluding remote offshore territories such as Ashmore and Cartier Islands, Australian Antarctic Territory, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Coral Sea Islands, Heard and McDonald Islands and Norfolk Island.
